Our Test Kitchen
Accardi moved from the Chelsea location to a brand new 70,000 square foot warehouse in 1993. At that time a functional multi use space was created, dedicated to fostering education and training in the culinary arts. This space combines a large commercial kitchen and bar, seating for 100 people, and our showroom.
We encourage our customers to visit our showroom. The visual experience of exploring our extensive product line in our showroom allows our customers to see all of our products. It is impossible to take all of our products on the road with us! We appreciate when our customers take time from a busy day to visit our warehouse, and maybe enjoy a coffee, or lunch if you happen to be visiting at noon! |

Mutti "Fantasy of Tomatoes Dinner"
On January 14, 2013, Chef Carlo Casoni treated our customers to a fantastic dinner using Mutti Tomato products and Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil. From pizza to pasta to a tomato jam used on panna cotta, we were delighted to have Chef Casoni and his talents in our test kitchen! |

Chef Angelo Franchini cooks Authentic Umbrian Cuisine!
On April 23, 2007, Chef Franchini of Monini Olive Oil prepared an authentic Umbrian Meal. The Menu included: Chick Pea Soup with Toasted Bread Cubes, Fresh Vegetable risotto, Fire Roasted Led of lamb with garlic, herbs, and caul, and Crescionda cake.
